In response to the current health emergency, we inform you that our services will have some modifications, given the restrictions established by control entities for proper functioning in favor of the care of everyone.

  • We have reduced reception hours and other services.

RECOMMENDATIONS / RECOMMENDATIONS

 

We have a commitment to the environment and therefore we hope you can help us:

 

  • Turn off lights when you don't need them / Turn off lights if you do not need it.

  • Turn off television, air conditioning and other electronic equipment that is not in use     /Turn off electric devices if you are not using those.

  • Close the faucets to avoid wasting water / save water, don't forget to close the faucet.

  • Turn off the gas key when you don't use it, for the safety of everyone / For the safety of all, don't forget to turn gas off.

  • You can throw the garbage in the bin, this one is located in front of the main door.

 

 

For your peace of mind, always check that your door is secured by activating the security pin. POLICIES AND CONDITIONS
 

  • Payment for the reservation must be made in advance at the time of check-in in Colombian pesos in cash or card. There is also the possibility of payment by virtual dataphone.

 

  • For check-in it is mandatory to present original identification (passport, citizenship or immigration card).

 

  • When you need to arrive after 10:00 p.m., let us know, otherwise your reservation will be automatically canceled after that time. 

 

  • If you have any inconvenience and cannot arrive, let us know 48 hours in advance and you will not be charged. Remember that if you do not do so or do not show up, we will have to charge your credit card for one night. (Policy made more flexible due to COVID-19 emergency)

 

 

  • Remember that our Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., and Check-Out is at  11:00, if you wish to extend your stay you can do so at reception or by calling 3215635887 / 3117139041, taking into account availability.

 

  • As a policy, Rossa Palma requires a deposit worth $100,000 COP, which will be refunded at your checkout if you are happy with the service provided.

 

Colombian citizens and foreigners with Colombian residence must pay taxes (VAT): 19% (exempt until December 31, 2020). Tax that will be charged when the accommodation service becomes effective. 

 

 

 

POLICIES AND CONDITIONS

  • Remember that our Check-in is at      15:00, and  Check-Out is at 11:00, if you wish to extend your stay you can do it by phone to one of those number 3215635887 / 3117139041 or at reception and it  will be done subject to availability.

 

  • As a policy, Apartments by Rossa Palma requires a deposit of $100.00 Cop, which will be refunded at your checkout, if you are in peace and safe with the service provided.

INVENTORY / CHECK LIST

 

For your comfort, we inform you that your room/apartment is equipped with some implements and appliances for your use and care.
